MEET THE CAST
Allyson Payne
Allyson is excited to play Yasmina! She a currently a teacher at Athens High School and has loved being a part of Decatur’s theater scene over the past year, performing in The Diary of Anne Frank (Miep), The Rocketmen (Koelle), American Idiot (ensemble) and most recently A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Mustardseed).
Andrew Strong IV
Andrew Strong IV is so elated to be portraying a Gargoyle (Victor) and other congregation members in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Most recent performance credits include Jojo in Seussical Jr., Tad’s Dad in Finding Nemo Jr., and Patrick in SpongeBob Jr. Andrew has also attended and performed with the Princess Theater Center for the Performing Arts and Alabama Center for the Arts summer theatre camps. Andrew would like to thank God, and his parents and family for their continued support and encouragement.
Anna Kate McMahan
Anna Kate McMahan (Ensemble) is a rising high school junior and is so excited to share this amazing show with you all!! She has been in multiple North Alabama plays and ballets over the years; favorite roles being Hermia (A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Bank Street Players 2024) and Anne Frank (Diary of Anne Frank, BSP 2023). She loves studying classical ballet and other forms of dance at the School of Fine Arts.
Austin Reeves
Man? Myth? Legend! Austin Reeves is a proud member of the ensemble, playing roles such as Young Claude Frollo and Hugo, the Gargoyle. Austin has been performing for almost a decade in roles such as Fagin in Oliver Twist, Conrad Birdie in Bye Bye Birdie, and, most recently, Demetreus in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. This is Austin's 2nd Dream Weavers play and hopes for many more!
Ben Callahan
Ben is no stranger to the stage! He's thrilled to be in the Choir for this fantastic show. He's worked with local theatre groups since 2013, and has most notably played roles such as Wilbur Turnblad in Bank Street Player's production of Hairspray, The Magic Mirror in Dream Weaver's Snow White, and Farmer Stuyvesant in Sleepy Hollow. He is a current student at Calhoun Community College where he's pursuing a degree in Cyber Security with a focus on Ethical Hacking. He’d like to thank his family and friends for their continuing support and his drama teacher, Lori Garner, for helping him realize his passion for the theatre.
Blythe Carey
Blythe Carey is thrilled to be performing in Dream Weaver’s production of Hunchback of Notre Dame! She has been in multiple Bank Street Players’ and Dream Weavers shows ever since she moved to Decatur in 2020 and looks forward to being part of their future projects. Blythe is an aspiring cosmetologist with a desire to eventually specialize in theatre makeup and hair styling.
Brayden Brown
Brayden Brown and is thrilled to be a part of the amazing choir. You may have seen her as Charlie-in-the-box in “Rudolph: The Musical” at Austin High, Rosie in “Mamma Mia” at Austin High, and as a former member of the Austin High School Chamber Choir. Brayden says you have a great show awaiting you, so she hopes you enjoy!
Brooke Smith
Brooke Smith (Choir) is thrilled to be a part of The Hunchback of Notre Dame production. This is her first musical, however she has had experience singing in various ensembles throughout most of her life. In May, she finished her Sophomore year of college at Mississippi State University, where she studies music with a vocal concentration and is a member of their chamber choir.
Caitlin Strickland
Caitlin Strickland is excited to be back at Dream Weavers for The Hunchback of Notre Dame as a choir member! Caitlin has been involved with theatre for a few years now, and has played background roles in other productions such as Dream Weavers' Cinderella and Elf. She will be a junior at UAH in the fall, but hopes to continue participating in musical productions for many years to come. She thanks her family and choir directors for pushing her to make the leap from singing to stage performance, and hopes that you enjoy the show!
Celese Kendrick
elese Kendrick (Choir Member) is grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of this incredible show. She has performed with many theater, opera, choir, and ensemble groups in the North Alabama area including in the Celtic Band, Solstice, as Fiona in the musical Shrek, and as Despina in the opera Cosi fan tutte. Celese would like to express her deep gratitude to her children who support her in her passions.
Draylin Pickett
Draylin Pickett is an upcoming sophomore studying Theatre Arts, Digital Media, and Communications at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He began his theatre career doing community theatre in the Decatur area. His previous notable roles are Winnie the Pooh in The House at Pooh Corner, Sam Carmichael in Mamma Mia, and Sam the Snowman in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical. He would like to thank God, his Parents, his Grandparents, his brothers, and Mrs. Courtney Kellough for continuously supporting his dreams.
Drew Kellough
Drew Kellough is excited to be playing Captain Phoebus de Martin in his very favorite musical, The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Drew has worked as a sound engineer on several musicals, but this is his first experience acting in a theatre production. He lives in Muscle Shoals with his wife, Courtney, and their two dogs. He works professionally as a mental health therapist as well as a studio musician and audio engineer. He is excited to share the stage with so many talented and hardworking actors and singers!
Georgia Chandler
Georgia Chandler (Ensemble) is so excited to be in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Georgia has performed in the Shoals area in the ensemble of The Wizard of Oz and as a featured singer in The Stanley Awards. After the show, she will be preparing for the 2024-2025 school year as an art teacher at Madison County! Georgia would like to thank her mom, sister, and best friends for supporting all her creative endeavors!
Graciella Mae Thomas
Graciella Thomas is beyond excited to be portraying Laverne, the Gargoyle, and a Gypsy in The Hunchback of Notre Dame! This is Graciella’s first ever show with Dream Weavers and is looking forward to participating in more shows with them in the future. She has 10+ years of dance training from various ballet schools, and began her own art business in 2021. She will be focusing on expanding her artistry outside of theatre and dance after the show. She sincerely thanks you for attending!
Jada McClendon
Jada McClendon (Choir) is thrilled to perform in The Hunchback of Notre Dame! Jada has been in theater since 2022; you may recognize her from Austin High School’s musicals Clue: The Musical (The Detective) and Mamma Mia! (Donna)! She was in multiple Leon Sheffield productions at the Princess Theatre including The Lion King Jr., Hello Dolly, and Peter Pan Jr.! Jada is a college freshman and is majoring in Robotics Engineering/Mechatronics! She wishes y’all well and hopes y’all love the show!
John Michael McKissack
John McKissack is excited to play King Louis XI along with other roles in the congregation in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. This is John's second show that he has been a part of. He was recently in The Little Mermaid with Bank Street Players in the ensemble. John is a graduate of Athens State with a degree in digital arts. John has also been in many school and church musical and theatrical productions in his time. John would like to thank his family and friends for coming to support him. John also thanks those that came to the show and he hopes they enjoy!
Jordan Slaton
Jordan Slaton (Choir) is pleased to be in a show with people she is familiar with and new people she's never met. Jordan has performed previously as an Ensemble member in Mamma Mia at AHS, in a group musical performance of I Won't Say I'm In Love for District Trumbauer, and most recently served as stage manager for Austin High’s production of Honk! She will be a junior at Austin High School this upcoming school year and hopes everyone who comes to see the show continues to support the arts.
Julius Pickett
Julius is extremely excited and blessed to be playing the role of Alexandre the Gargoyle! Julius has been in many other roles such as “ Sky” in Austin High School’s “Mamma Mia!” and the understudy of “Professor Plum” in Austin High School’s “Clue the Musical”. Julius is an upcoming senior at Austin High School
and is also involved in the Austin High Choir and Calhoun Community College theater! Julius wants to give thanks to God, his family, and his friends.
Katelyn McDaniel
Katelyn McDaniel (Storyteller) is thrilled to return to the stage in The Hunchback of Notre Dame! She has been involved in community theatre for several years, and some of her favorite roles include Royal Court in Cinderella with Dream Weavers, and The Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods and The Baroness in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at Decatur Heritage. She will be a junior at Troy University this fall, majoring in Biomedical Sciences. She would like to thank her family for their constant support, and also her friends who are making the drive to come see the show!
Kayla Chen
Kayla Chen (Storyteller/Madame) is very excited to be working with the Dream Weavers team for the first time and especially for one of her favorite musicals! You may have seen her previously as Miss Gardener in LMP’s summer production of Carrie (2023), and she will be assisting James Clemens Theatre on their spring production of The Great Comet of 1812 next year. Kayla is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management from Athens State University, but still plans to continue working in theater as much as possible. Kayla wants to thank her friends and family for their unwavering support throughout this process!
Mackenzie Dowdy
Mackenzie Dowdy is excited to be a member of the Choir! She is a sophomore at Calhoun Community College Alabama Center for the Arts. Most recent performance credits include as a nun and police officer in College Street Players’ Newsies, a maid in Bank Street Players’ A Midsummer Night's Dream, and an ensemble member of Dream Weavers’ A Christmas Spectacular. In her spare time, she enjoys collecting comic books, singing, learning how to play guitar, watching horror movies, and listening to music. She would like to thank her boyfriend Tristan and her family for always being there supporting her on her theatre journey.
Macy Ladner
Macy Ladner is so excited to return to the Princess where her love for theatre began, playing the role of Esmeralda. She was most recently seen as Jessie in ‘Night Mother, Cinderella in Into the Woods, and Doralee in 9 to 5, all in Florence. She directed Stephen Sondheim’s COMPANY in March at the Ritz Theatre. She is going into her 4th year teaching Drama at the magnet school. She would like to thank Courtney and her team for giving her the opportunity to portray such an amazing role in such an iconic musical. And she would like to dedicate this performance to Michael Green, who means the world to her, her mom, who always supports her, and to her late father, Mike Ladner.
Madeline McMahan
Madeline McMahan (Choir) is an upcoming senior in high school and is thrilled to be a part of this
production! She has been in many shows in Decatur, and just finished playing Helena in BSP’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Outside of theater, Madeline enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Makenna C. Runager
Makenna Runager is hyped to be a part of Dream Weavers’ production of 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame' as various ensemble roles, her favorite being a Gypsy. This is her first time performing in a musical production. Though she has never been in a musical before, this isn't her first experience in the arts, and she has attended various acting camps in the past.
Max Dashner
Max is thrilled to be a member of the choir in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. After teaching and directing theatre in both high school and middle school in Decatur and Madison for over 22 years, Max is enjoying his retirement by traveling with wonderful wife Kathy, attending the music concerts and performances of his son and trombonist, Isaac at U of A, and being in great shows like this one with Isaac and his talented daughter, Rose.
McKinley Graham
McKinley Graham (Choir) is starting her debut at the Princess with The Hunchback of Notre Dame. She's been performing in LEAPs with the Lawrence County school disctrict since 7th grade with roles like Mrs. Time in Freaky Friday, Ensemble in Rock of Ages, and Joseph Pultizer in Newsies. McKinley's also been doing choir since her Freshman year of high school. She hopes to go to college at Calhoun this fall and continue doing productions for the forseeable future. McKinley would like to thank her mother and father, Amy Posey and Mike Graham, for pushing her to go back into theatre and try to audition for Hunchback and for never giving up on her even when she didn't make it easy. Mercedes Byrdsong
Mercedes Byrdsong is excited to portray a gypsy, reveler, and citizen of Paris in her first musical, The Hunchback of Notre Dame. She has performed onstage as a dancer since age four and has been involved in theater camp at The Princess Theatre for several years. Mercedes hopes you enjoy the show as much as she has enjoyed performing in it!
Myah Motton
Myah Marie Motton is very grateful and super excited to be playing the roles of Florika, a Storyteller, and Gypsy and Congregant roles in The Hunchback of Notre Dame! She has had experience in shows such as Mamma Mia (Donna U/S and Lisa) and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer the Musical (Rudolph) at Austin High School, as well as The Color Purple (Nettie) with IMP. Myah is 17 years old and an upcoming senior at Austin High School. She fell in love with the arts at an early age and is determined to make her mark as an all-around artist in the near future. She appreciates you for coming and hopes you are inspired by the show!
Natalie Adams
Natalie Adams (Dance Captain/Featured Gypsy/Reveler/Parishioner/Choreographer) is so excited to be in The Hunchback of Notre Dame! She has danced for 16 years and is super pumped to bring her love of dance to the theatre stage. She has performed as a featured dancer in Beauty and the Beast with College Street Players and as Ali/Tanya U/S in Mamma Mia with Austin High School. She is so excited to be in her first show with Dream Weavers! She attends the University of Alabama with a major in neuroscience and participates in Dance Alabama! She hopes you enjoy the show!
Nathan Woolard
Nathan Woolard is thrilled to portray Lieutenant Frederic Charlus and a Priest in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He is the current theater teacher and Integrated Arts Specialist for FAME Academy at Brookhill Elementary, and thus has most recently found himself in the director’s chair for FAME Academy’s Cinderella and The Wizard of Oz productions. Nathan is eager to continue performing and directing in the future and would like to thank his wife, Julianna, for her support with these endeavors.
Rose Dashner
Rose Dashner is in the choir and is very excited about being in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Previous performance credits include the ensemble in The Wizard of Oz with Dream Weavers, Woodstock in You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown with Decatur High, and a car in Theophilus North. Rose is a Photographer in her spare time and also loves to read.
Simon Tsikalas
Simon Tsikalas (Jehan, St. Aphrodisius, others) is thrilled to perform in his favorite musical of all time! Favorite stage credits include his award winning turn as Zeus/Apollo in “Scenes From Metamorphoses” (James Clemens High School) and Seymour in “Little Shop Of Horrors” (Around The Curtain); his last appearance at the Princess was as Friedrich Von Trapp in “The Sound Of Music” (Bank Street Players)! He is going into his senior year at James Clemens where he manages the theatre department’s social media and next spring he will perform in the musical “Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812!” Massive thank yous to the creative team, cast, his family, and voice teacher Granville Oldham. Tanner Rhodes
Tanner Rhodes is thrilled to be playing Quasimodo in The Hunchback Of Notre Dame. He is a Florence native but is so excited for his first production with Dream Weavers. His most recent acting credits include Paul in Company, Jack in Into the Woods, Jekyll/Hyde in Jekyll and Hyde: The Musical, and Jesse Tuck in Tuck Everlasting: The Musical. Trey Moody
Trey Moody is 28 years old is super happy to perform on stage with Dream Weavers for the first time. Some of his previous roles include Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream,
Repunzel’s Prince and Florinda in Into The Woods, George in Our Town, Cosmo in Singin in the Rain, and Snoopy in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown.

Violatte Sanders
Violatte is very happy to be part of the congregation for The Hunchback of Notre Dame! This is her third show with Dream Weavers, previously having done Hello, Dolly! and Mary Poppins. Violatte loves doing community theatre and is thankful to be part of such an amazing show and cast.
Zacchaeus Lindon
Zacchaeus Lindon (Dom Claude Frollo) is ecstatic to be performing in his first Decatur production with Dream Weavers! He has previously performed with Huntsville-based LMP, appearing as Billy Nolan in their production of CARRIE, and as Man 2 in their production of EDGES: A Song Cycle. Zacchaeus’ favorite role he has played so far has been Gleb Vaganov in Anastasia with Huntsville High School. He is beyond excited to play his second Disney villain, now representing Archdeacon Claude Frollo with Dream Weavers. Zacchaeus would lastly like to thank his friends, family, voice coach, and girlfriend for consistently showing their utmost support to him.

In her spare time, she enjoys collecting comic books, singing, learning how to play guitar, watching horror movies, and listening to music. She would like to thank her boyfriend Tristan and her family for always being there supporting her on her theatre journey.
Macy Ladner
Macy Ladner is so excited to return to the Princess where her love for theatre began, playing the role of Esmeralda. She was most recently seen as Jessie in ‘Night Mother, Cinderella in Into the Woods, and Doralee in 9 to 5, all in Florence. She directed Stephen Sondheim’s COMPANY in March at the Ritz Theatre. She is going into her 4th year teaching Drama at the magnet school. She would like to thank Courtney and her team for giving her the opportunity to portray such an amazing role in such an iconic musical. And she would like to dedicate this performance to Michael Green, who means the world to her, her mom, who always supports her, and to her late father, Mike Ladner.
Madeline McMahan
Madeline McMahan (Choir) is an upcoming senior in high school and is thrilled to be a part of this
production! She has been in many shows in Decatur, and just finished playing Helena in BSP’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Outside of theater, Madeline enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Makenna C. Runager
Makenna Runager is hyped to be a part of Dream Weavers’ production of 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame' as various ensemble roles, her favorite being a Gypsy. This is her first time performing in a musical production. Though she has never been in a musical before, this isn't her first experience in the arts, and she has attended various acting camps in the past.
Max Dashner
Max is thrilled to be a member of the choir in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. After teaching and directing theatre in both high school and middle school in Decatur and Madison for over 22 years, Max is enjoying his retirement by traveling with wonderful wife Kathy, attending the music concerts and performances of his son and trombonist, Isaac at U of A, and being in great shows like this one with Isaac and his talented daughter, Rose.
McKinley Graham
McKinley Graham (Choir) is starting her debut at the Princess with The Hunchback of Notre Dame. She's been performing in LEAPs with the Lawrence County school disctrict since 7th grade with roles like Mrs. Time in Freaky Friday, Ensemble in Rock of Ages, and Joseph Pultizer in Newsies. McKinley's also been doing choir since her Freshman year of high school. She hopes to go to college at Calhoun this fall and continue doing productions for the forseeable future. McKinley would like to thank her mother and father, Amy Posey and Mike Graham, for pushing her to go back into theatre and try to audition for Hunchback and for never giving up on her even when she didn't make it easy. Mercedes Byrdsong
Mercedes Byrdsong is excited to portray a gypsy, reveler, and citizen of Paris in her first musical, The Hunchback of Notre Dame. She has performed onstage as a dancer since age four and has been involved in theater camp at The Princess Theatre for several years. Mercedes hopes you enjoy the show as much as she has enjoyed performing in it!
Myah Motton
Myah Marie Motton is very grateful and super excited to be playing the roles of Florika, a Storyteller, and Gypsy and Congregant roles in The Hunchback of Notre Dame! She has had experience in shows such as Mamma Mia (Donna U/S and Lisa) and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer the Musical (Rudolph) at Austin High School, as well as The Color Purple (Nettie) with IMP. Myah is 17 years old and an upcoming senior at Austin High School. She fell in love with the arts at an early age and is determined to make her mark as an all-around artist in the near future. She appreciates you for coming and hopes you are inspired by the show!
Natalie Adams
Natalie Adams (Dance Captain/Featured Gypsy/Reveler/Parishioner/Choreographer) is so excited to be in The Hunchback of Notre Dame! She has danced for 16 years and is super pumped to bring her love of dance to the theatre stage. She has performed as a featured dancer in Beauty and the Beast with College Street Players and as Ali/Tanya U/S in Mamma Mia with Austin High School. She is so excited to be in her first show with Dream Weavers! She attends the University of Alabama with a major in neuroscience and participates in Dance Alabama! She hopes you enjoy the show!
Nathan Woolard
Nathan Woolard is thrilled to portray Lieutenant Frederic Charlus and a Priest in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He is the current theater teacher and Integrated Arts Specialist for FAME Academy at Brookhill Elementary, and thus has most recently found himself in the director’s chair for FAME Academy’s Cinderella and The Wizard of Oz productions. Nathan is eager to continue performing and directing in the future and would like to thank his wife, Julianna, for her support with these endeavors.
Rose Dashner
Rose Dashner is in the choir and is very excited about being in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Previous performance credits include the ensemble in The Wizard of Oz with Dream Weavers, Woodstock in You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown with Decatur High, and a car in Theophilus North. Rose is a Photographer in her spare time and also loves to read.
Simon Tsikalas
Simon Tsikalas (Jehan, St. Aphrodisius, others) is thrilled to perform in his favorite musical of all time! Favorite stage credits include his award winning turn as Zeus/Apollo in “Scenes From Metamorphoses” (James Clemens High School) and Seymour in “Little Shop Of Horrors” (Around The Curtain); his last appearance at the Princess was as Friedrich Von Trapp in “The Sound Of Music” (Bank Street Players)! He is going into his senior year at James Clemens where he manages the theatre department’s social media and next spring he will perform in the musical “Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812!” Massive thank yous to the creative team, cast, his family, and voice teacher Granville Oldham. Tanner Rhodes
Tanner Rhodes is thrilled to be playing Quasimodo in The Hunchback Of Notre Dame. He is a Florence native but is so excited for his first production with Dream Weavers. His most recent acting credits include Paul in Company, Jack in Into the Woods, Jekyll/Hyde in Jekyll and Hyde: The Musical, and Jesse Tuck in Tuck Everlasting: The Musical. Trey Moody is 28 years old is super happy to perform on stage with Dream Weavers for the first time. Some of his previous roles include Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream,
Repunzel’s Prince and Florinda in Into The Woods, George in Our Town, Cosmo in Singin in the Rain, and Snoopy in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown.

Violatte Sanders
Violatte is very happy to be part of the congregation for The Hunchback of Notre Dame! This is her third show with Dream Weavers, previously having done Hello, Dolly! and Mary Poppins. Violatte loves doing community theatre and is thankful to be part of such an amazing show and cast.
Zacchaeus Lindon
Zacchaeus Lindon (Dom Claude Frollo) is ecstatic to be performing in his first Decatur production with Dream Weavers! He has previously performed with Huntsville-based LMP, appearing as Billy Nolan in their production of CARRIE, and as Man 2 in their production of EDGES: A Song Cycle. Zacchaeus’ favorite role he has played so far has been Gleb Vaganov in Anastasia with Huntsville High School. He is beyond excited to play his second Disney villain, now representing Archdeacon Claude Frollo with Dream Weavers. Zacchaeus would lastly like to thank his friends, family, voice coach, and girlfriend for consistently showing their utmost support to him.
